Dr. Abhijit Bidwai is a Consultant Psychiatrist with a keen interest in Youth Mental Health. Dr. Bidwai is passionate about exploring and understanding patients’ problems, providing holistic care and helping along their journey to recovery.
Dr. Reetika Dhir is a dedicated and experienced paediatrician who specializes in developmental and behavioural paediatrics. She is passionate about assisting children with developmental needs to achieve their full potential and understands the importance of advocating for and supporting their families and carers.
Dr Mohammed Usman trained as a psychiatrist in the UK and has been working in public practice as Senior Consultant Psychiatrist in Australia for a number of years.
Dr. Praveen Ravindranath, an esteemed senior consultant psychiatrist, shows a deep commitment to delivering high-quality care to his patients. With pride, he treats patients using an empathetic approach, along with holistic views and evidence-based practice.
Praveen has been a consultant psychiatrist for over 10 years and has worked across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
Dr. Manoj George is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Psychogeriatrician with extensive experience in the UK and Australia. A Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP), he is accredited in Adult and Old Age Psychiatry.
Dr. George currently leads Older People’s Mental Health at West Moreton Health, Ipswich, and previously served as Director of ECT and Neurostimulation.
Dr. Nish Subramaniam is a distinguished Psychiatrist with over 16 years of experience in the field, including nearly a decade as a Consultant Psychiatrist.
She holds a subspecialty qualification in Psychiatry of Older Adults and completed her medical and psychiatric training in Australia. Currently, Dr. Subramaniam practices as a community-based geriatric psychiatrist within a large metropolitan catchment area, where she specializes in the diagnosis and management of mood disorders, PTSD, psychosis, and behavioural and psychological symptoms associated with dementias.
Dr Antonio Da Costa is a Consultant Neuropsychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical, research and teaching experience in varied Neurosciences specialties include Neurology, Psychiatry and Neurorehabilitation Medicine. His extensive experience is gathered across 3 continents including South Asia, Europe and now Australia. He is passionate about integrated Neuroscience health care, recognising the fluid border between the body, mind, and brain.
Dr Adela Marrone is a Clinical Psychologist. Adela has held a number of clinical, service development (policy), teaching, and research positions in Primary Mental Health, Adult Community Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Services, Youth Mental Health, and tertiary institutions in both Victoria and Tasmania.
Lena is a registered Clinical Psychologist and is eligible for membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Lena’s therapeutic approach is based on a person-centred framework, encompassing her values of collaboration, compassion and authenticity.
Brenton is a registered Clinical Psychologist. He provides mental health services in public health (youth services) and private practice settings. At All Psychiatry, Brenton provides Tele-psychology services to people aged 16 to 64 years.
Susie Joseph is a Clinical Psychologist with several years of experience working in both public and private practice. She has held senior positions in adult mental health units both acute inpatient and in community services.
Prajakta is a registered psychologist and EMDR therapist who works with clients aged 18 and above.
Prajakta draws upon her natural empathic and compassionate nature, combined with her knowledge and skills in evidence-based practices, to help guide her clients through the empowering and healing process of therapy.
Arpita is a mental health clinician and a psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience and currently enrolled in Master of Psychology program
Jessica is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse with over 12 years of experience in both the Acute and Community Public Mental Health sector. Jess has a broad range of clinical experience ranging from child and adolescent inpatient, mother and baby inpatient, adult inpatient, community crisis and assessment.
Elle is a Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist with over nine years’ experience in her field. Elle offers occupational therapy assessment and interventions for people aged 15-64 years. She is a compassionate and empathic therapist who values the importance of developing a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients. Elle offers a warm and welcoming environment in which clients may feel heard and understood. She is open to the involvement of families, carers and the broader range of supports people may choose to have in their care.
Calvin is an experienced mental health nurse with over 18 years’ experience in both Youth and Adult Acute, Forensic and Community settings. He has worked in the UK, Sydney, and Melbourne.
Over the year he has worked in various environments (including Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit, Adult Acute Wards, Adolescent Medium Secure Unit and Forensic Unit, Community Mental Health, Team Manager roles and currently Forensic Clinical Specialist.
Subani is a caring person who is amazing at making people feel comfortable. Subani’s organisational skills combined with her kind demeanor makes our patients feel at ease.
As a manager at All Psychiatry, her job is to ensure all patients and staff are treated with respect and warmth. She makes sure that our service runs smoothly and she oversees multiple aspects of practice administration, business development and compliance.
Her friendly and efficient approach is appreciated by our patients, staff and clinicians. Subani is passionate about mental health and is committed to support the holistic goals of All Psychiatry by providing all around support, care and advise for individuals accessing our services.
Parleen is a fun and outgoing person who’s always up for a good time. She is currently studying Bachelor of Physiotherapy, aiming to have a clinic of her own alongside working with sporting teams. She is passionate about sports and love to hit the gym, as well as being a big foodie.

Divnoor, is a member of the admin team at All Psychiatry. She is currently studying Psychology at the University of Melbourne and aspire to become a therapist.

Hayleen is a friendly and approachable member of the All Psychiatry admin team. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology and aspires to become a clinical psychologist in the future.
