If your clinician considers that your environment is unsuitable or unsafe for the consultation, they may end or reschedule the appointment. Our standard cancellation policy may apply.
To support patient safety and accurate identification, we may ask you to confirm your full name, date of birth, current address, and contact details at the beginning of your consultation.
When making prescribing decisions, clinicians may consider the following (but not limited to):

Your current symptoms and clinical presentation.

Information provided by your General Practitioner and other treating healthcare providers.
