By booking and attending a telehealth appointment with All Psychiatry, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Private and Safe Environment

Your appointment should take place in a private, safe, and quiet location where your confidentiality can be maintained. If your clinician considers that your environment is unsuitable or unsafe for the consultation, they may end or reschedule the appointment. Our standard cancellation policy may apply.

Identity Verification

To support patient safety and accurate identification, we may ask you to confirm your full name, date of birth, current address, and contact details at the beginning of your consultation.

When making prescribing decisions, clinicians may consider the following (but not limited to):

Your medical and mental health history.

Your current symptoms and clinical presentation.

Previous treatment and medication history.

Relevant investigations and reports.

Information provided by your General Practitioner and other treating healthcare providers.

Applicable clinical guidelines and prescribing requirements.
