Dr. Sujit Sharma is a Consultant Specialist Psychiatrist with over 15 years experience in Psychiatry. He offers mental health solutions in South East of Melbourne and sees patients from 18 years to 64 years.
Dr. Sharma obtained his specialist qualifications from UK and gained expertise in a variety of psychiatric sub-specialties. He specialises in General Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Sharma moved to Australia in 2015 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP). He is also the Unit Director for Adult Mental Health in Monash Health and an adjunct lecturer in Psychiatry at Monash University.
Dr Sharma is an empathetic clinician who is well renowned and highly regarded for his holistic approach towards patient care.
In order to enhance access to specialist psychiatric care all across Australia, he founded this leading specialist “Telehealth Only” psychiatric service namely All Psychiatry!
Dr Saluja is an experienced senior consultant psychiatrist with a passion for providing excellent care to his patients. He is an empathetic doctor who takes pride in providing recovery and evidence-based practice both in public and private practice. He is the Unit Director for Young Persons Mental Health Service and Acute Inpatient Unit for Monash Health and Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Monash University. He has won several academic and clinical excellence awards.
Over the last 20 years, he has worked as a consultant Psychiatrist in Australia, Singapore, UK, and India. Dr. Saluja works with people of different ethnicities and cultures in diverse settings that include community, In-patient, Teaching hospitals, Rural and Forensic settings.
Dr. Saluja utilizes his acquired knowledge, experience, and skills and works collaboratively with patients and their families to achieve the best outcome. He has devoted his life to serving community, teaching, and mastering the art of people relations.He helps people who are struggling to get a grip on their negative emotions and thoughts and desperately looking for support and guidance as they recover.
Dr. Reetika Dhir is a dedicated and experienced paediatrician who specializes in developmental and behavioural paediatrics. She is passionate about assisting children with developmental needs to achieve their full potential and understands the importance of advocating for and supporting their families and carers.
Reetika graduated from medical school with honors in 1996 and subsequently trained in paediatrics and neonatology in various institutions in Australia and overseas. During her training, she received the Young Investigator Award by the Perinatal Research Society of the United States giving her the opportunity to conduct research in Neonatal Health with leading researchers in the US.
Having gained extensive experience in General Paediatrics and Neonatology, Reetika specialized in Developmental Behavioural Paediatrics. She completed her specialist paediatric training at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH), Melbourne working in child and adolescent psychiatry and developmental-behavioural paediatrics. At the RCH, she has been a paediatrician in Learning Disabilities Clinic, Behaviour Clinic, ADHD Clinic and the School Function Program clinic. She has also worked with Austin Health and was actively involved in the program for children with Eating Disorders and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
With over 15 years of experience in developmental paediatrics, Reetika has dedicated her career to understanding the unique needs of children with developmental and behavioural concerns. Her extensive expertise spans over a wide range of developmental issues.
Reetika’s commitment to ongoing education ensures that she remains at the forefront of paediatric developmental research and therapies. She believes in a holistic, family centered approach to paediatric care. She collaborates closely with parents and caregivers to create supportive, nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.
Reetika is a mother of two teenagers who keep her active and young. She loves cycling with the family and does yoga and dancing in her free time.
Dr. Evan Thomas Johnson is a consultant psychiatrist with over 9 years of experience in mental health in Australia and overseas. He completed his initial medical degree at The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in India prior to earning his MD Degree in Psychiatry from the oldest and largest academic Department of Psychiatry in India at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bangalore. After working at NIMHANS for 6 years he moved to Melbourne, Australia in 2020. He has trained in a variety of public settings and became a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
As a consultant psychiatrist, he practices at the Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit of Western Mental Health and Wellbeing Services. He values the delivery of efficient and evidence-based psychiatry care using a recovery-oriented and person-centred approach. He is experienced in working closely with general practitioners, families and consumers of different cultural backgrounds.
He also holds strong academic interest and has published research papers in peer review journals. He is actively involved in the teaching of medical students, junior doctors as well as doctors in specialty training.

Dr Adela Marrone is a Clinical Psychologist. Adela has held a number of clinical, service development (policy), teaching, and research positions in Primary Mental Health, Adult Community Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Services, Youth Mental Health, and tertiary institutions in both Victoria and Tasmania. Adela has been working in private practice since 2010.
At All Psychiatry, Adela offers telepsychology services to adult clients from 25 years to 64 years. Adela sees clients with mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment, self-esteem, relationship issues, communication difficulties, stress management, addictive behaviours, anger management, trauma and sleep disturbances.
Adela is also a Board Approved Supervisor for the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program.
Lena is a registered Clinical Psychologist and is eligible for membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Lena’s therapeutic approach is based on a person-centred framework, encompassing her values of collaboration, compassion and authenticity. She believes that establishing a genuine therapeutic relationship with her clients is integral to supporting them to identify areas within their lives that require change.
Lena has experience in public mental health settings working with adolescents and young adults. She has supported clients with a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, complex trauma, emotion regulation, low self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties. Lena also has specialist experience in working with young people who have psychosis-spectrum and bipolar affective disorders.
Lena is passionate about improving the mental health of people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities. She has experience in supporting culturally diverse young people and their families to work through common issues, such as addressing internalised stigma, improving mental health literacy, and guiding the young person and their family towards acceptance of mental health treatment.
At All Psychiatry, Lena offers telepsychology services to adolescents and young adults from 16 to 25 years of age. Lena is open to involving family in client sessions as appropriate.
Brenton is a registered Clinical Psychologist. He provides mental health services in public health (youth services) and private practice
settings. At All Psychiatry, Brenton provides Tele-psychology services to people aged 16 to 64 years.
Brenton has a friendly, thoughtful and encouraging approach to his work. He aims to work collaboratively and to build strong therapeutic relationships with his clients to identify areas of difficulties in a compassionate and non-judgemental way. Brenton adopts a person-centred approach and incorporates different therapeutic approaches (such as CBT, Mindfulness and DBT) to assist clients in achieving their individual treatment goals.
Brenton is also passionate about young people’s mental health where he
specialises in psychotic disorders and bipolar affective disorder.
Susie Joseph is a Clinical Psychologist with several years of experience working in both public and private practice. She has held senior positions in adult mental health units both acute inpatient and in community services. She has worked in Spectrum statewide centre for treating borderline personality disorder and in the aged rehabilitation inpatient wards providing specialist consultation.
Susie has a gentle approach towards building a good therapeutic relationship with her clients. She uses a client centred approach incorporating different therapeutic approaches, such as DBT,CBT, Schema therapy, ACT, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to help each client achieve their individual treatment goal.
At All Psychiatry, Susie provides Tele-psychology services to people aged 16 years onwards.
Jessica is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse with over 12 years of experience in both the Acute and Community Public Mental Health sector.
Jess has a broad range of clinical experience ranging from child and adolescent inpatient, mother and baby inpatient, adult inpatient, community crisis and assessment, hospital in the home, dual diagnosis, community case management and youth psychosis.
Her special interest is complex mental health disorders and physical health promotion. Jess currently works part-time as a senior nurse/clinician in Youth Mental Health Services, specialising in psychosis.
Focussing on a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment to guide her therapy, Jess’s approach is holistic. Working with individuals, their families and health care providers to promote optimal mental and physical health. Formulating relapse prevention and safety planning, physical health assessments and promotion, psychoeducation and psychotherapy that is person centred, recovery focussed and trauma informed.
At All Psychiatry Jess offers face to face, telehealth and outreach/home visits.

As a manager at All Psychiatry, her job is to ensure all patients and staff are treated with respect and warmth. She makes sure that our service runs smoothly and she oversees multiple aspects of practice administration, business development and compliance.

Navya is dedicated to making patients feel welcome and comfortable. She is enthusiastic about mental health and loves to have a great conversation. Navya is currently studying Podiatry and aims to become a podiatric surgeon. In her free time, Navya dances and spends time with her family.
Elizabeth strives to make sure every patient at AllPsychiatry feels welcome. She is happy to help clients in any way she can, and always welcomes conversation. She aims to always be understanding of any issues that may arise and will help follow up on any queries patients have.
Elizabeth is currently undertaking a Bachelor Degree in Psychological Science and Criminology, and is incredibly engaged in issues of mental health.
Sejal exhibits a profound dedication to patient welfare. With a warm disposition, she has a firm commitment to creating a nurturing environment to ensure that patients are met with consideration at every step. She manages administrative work while harmoniously blending it with heartfelt concern for the well-being of every patient.
Sejal is currently pursuing her Master of Counselling at Monash University and her academic pursuit reflects her genuine compassion for individuals and her interest in mental health services. In her spare time, she loves painting and is an avid reader.
Parleen is a fun and outgoing person who’s always up for a good time. She is currently studying Bachelor of Physiotherapy, aiming to have a clinic of her own alongside working with sporting teams. She is passionate about sports and love to hit the gym, as well as being a big foodie.
