Arpita is a mental health clinician and a psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience and currently enrolled in Master of Psychology program. She is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Master Neuro Linguistic Program Practitioner, UK.

Arpita has a keen interest and passion for mental health and mind-body connection and explores the interdisciplinary nature of human psychology, spirituality, and psychosocial behaviour. She collaborates with professionals from diverse fields to collectively understand and contribute to the development of effective therapy interventions.

Arpita is experienced in working in areas such as counselling, smoking cessation, anxiety, mood disorders, phobias, trauma, pain management, movement disorder, and has special interest in neurodiverse disorders.

Having lived and worked in different countries like India, UK, Singapore and Australia, Arpita understands and appreciates the cultural diversity in both the eastern and western ways of thinking and adapts her therapy accordingly for her clients to gain maximum benefit.

Arpita is a highly motivated and a compassionate individual and continues to reinforce her commitment by gaining the necessary skills and expanding her ability to understand and treat mental health issues and is currently working towards her ADHD coaching certification. She also supports the interdisciplinary team at All Psychiatry by assessing patients at intake interviews supporting patients through their mental health journey.
